About the Team:
The Turn Around for Children Service is a multi-agency, professional service which manages and delivers the Gloucestershire Family Drug & Alcohol Court. You will support families who have addictions and co-morbidities which present as Hidden Harm for children. You'll intensely, therapeutically, systematically and restoratively with trauma across whole families, most often generational trauma. You''ll be working with families in a court setting and write reports every fortnight.
Salaries range from £46,731 - £49,764
Locations: Cotswolds, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Forest of Dean, Cheltenham, Gloucester
The package includes:
- welcome payment of £4,000
- an annual retention payment of £2,000
- a relocation package of up to £8,000.
- Flexible working options
- generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, and the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year provide added flexibility.
