Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum (Depending on experience) plus Management Bonus & fantastic benefit package

Role Overview: As a Regulatory Manager, you will oversee and support the regulatory process for Bupa Care Services (BCS) across key care regulators. Your responsibilities include providing regulatory advice to the business, facilitating continuous improvement in quality standards, processes, procedures, and reporting. You’ll also review and support regulatory correspondence and track compliance outcomes. Occasional travel may be required for this. You will be based from home although may be required to attend the Kirkstall Forge office or care homes when required.
Typical Responsibilities:
- You'll manage and support the regulatory process for Bupa Care Services (BCS) across the key care regulators for all care services.
- Offering advice to the business on regulatory matters, and supporting the management team, to identify and deliver continuous improvement in quality standards, processes, procedures, and reporting.
- You will review and support regulatory correspondence and communications and track outcomes and compliance.
- Analyse inspection reports, identify trends, and address emerging risks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of current CQC inspection and regulatory processes within the care home sector.
- Ideally a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with knowledge of the inspection process.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK care regulatory environment.
- Ability to stay updated on regulatory changes and effectively respond to written requests.
- Presenting data / trends effectively to various stakeholders and providing support for all regulatory matters.
