What You’ll Do: As the Head of Women’s and Urology Service Line, you’ll play a pivotal role in several key areas: Lead and Drive Growth: Support existing plans to develop and implement business strategies to enhance Women’s and Urology Service Line driving revenue and profitability across our hospital network. You’ll be accountable for the commercial performance of the service line, from securing and negotiating insurer contracts to identifying opportunities for growth and quality improvement. Innovate and Integrate: Leverage technology, data, and industry best practices to improve care delivery, ensuring alignment with HCA Healthcare UK’s broader strategic goals. Spot emerging trends in healthcare and bring forward new initiatives to maintain HCA’s position at the forefront of private healthcare. Clinical Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement in clinical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving patient safety, innovation , and accountability across all service locations. Service Leadership: Collaborate closely with site leads and operational teams to support seamless service delivery, focussing on operational efficiencies, patient outcomes, and ensuring that every patient experience meets our high standards. Identify variation within the group and make recommendations to change or replicate best practice from other HCA sites. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage key relationships across the business, including our hospitals’ CEO matrix relationships, insurers, Consultants, and clinical teams, to drive collaboration and ensure strategic alignment across all areas, across HCA. What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for a leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for improving healthcare services. You should be able to bring both clinical insight and strategic vision to the role. The ideal candidate will have: Expertise: Experience of leading and executing healthcare strategy, ideally with a background in Women’s and Urology Service Lines with a deep understanding of private healthcare in the UK. Strategic Leadership: The ability to identify opportunities for business growth and development, innovate within the service line, and work cross-functionally to drive results Operations: experience in leading complex healthcare operations, with a focus on service delivery, cost containment, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams, insurers, and consultants to build strong partnerships and drive the success of service lines. Why HCA UK?
