Roles and Responsibilities - Category 1, HGV1, LGV1, CAT C+E, CLASS 1 Trunk / Shunt Driver’s:
· Driving HGV1 articulated gearshift lorries;
· Keeping all paperwork and electronic records updated;
· Maintaining an accurate record of break times according to WTD regulations;
· Adhering to both agencies and client’s regulations and procedures;
Skills and Experience - Category 1, HGV1, LGV1, CAT C+E, CLASS 1 Trunk / Shunt Driver’s:
· Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
· Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card)
· Must hold a Digital Tachograph card
· Must not have more than 6 points on the licence
· Must have at least 6 months to a year of experience of HGV1 driving
· Must have a good working knowledge of UK motorway road network and WTD regulations.
· Must be able to work under pressure and fast paced.
· Must have own Sat Nav
