Previously retail associate at tkmaxx, from September 2024 - December 2024. During this time I learnt customer service skills being able to handle customer enquires quickly and efficiently. Worked as a team to ensure the shop floor is presentable and took time to learn more information about how to shop operates to be able to give customers the best experience. Also spent time taking in store deliveries and organising new stock so that it is put out onto the shop floor in the correct area and efficiently. Gained experience on tills and handling transactions.
